Returns and Refund Policies
Thank you for your interest in working with Odyssey Graphic Designs for your upcoming book cover. Please read the information below before placing your order as this will help streamline our process and ensure you the best experience.
If you were contacted by a designer representing Odyssey Graphic Design and offered a free mockup, there is zero obligation to continue the design process. Our designers provide this feature based on their time schedule and availability and it is strictly for clients seeking a custom-designed book cover.
Each custom design comes with up to three (3) concepts and up to ten (10) revisions. This is why it is vital for as much information to be provided upfront. Our designers will do their best to match your descriptions as closely as possible. Open communication between you and the designer is vital in providing you with a cover you’ll cherish.
Revisions consist of altering the selected graphics already included in the concept. If additional images are desired there will be additional charges.
To begin the design process a nonrefundable deposit of $40.00 USD is required. This deposit is then applied to the balance once the final design has been approved. Once full payment is made, the final design will be sent without Odyssey Graphic Designs’ logo and watermark.
If, at any point, in the commission process you wish to cancel your design, the nonrefundable deposit will not be credited to your account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other design.
Once the final design has been approved and the file sent via email to the account you provide there are two alterations available within a six (6) month period. Additional alterations or alterations requested after the allotted time will incur new design fees and will require a new nonrefundable deposit to continue work.
Once the finalized file is emailed all sales are final. There are no returns available for digital products. Confirmation of approval is provided every step along the way and therefore a refund is not available for digital designs.
